Very disorganized and NO respect. this company is always trying to be the next big thing by throwing out the things we all know works and trying new things. Always these ventures are demanded of every employee without any back up from upper management whatsoever. As a mechanic you would be the very back bone of this company, but its important to remember you are lucky to work for them at all. If it were not for the pay i would have left this company years ago.
