Have to run eld as a mechanic, have ti be salesman on top of mechanic, they pay the rate of pay after being here for 4 months, goes to half flat rate half clock pay with no guarantee, when asking about guarantee. Was told need to find more customers then.. very uncomunication, was at 28 now get paid 16 hr while waiting forever for parts since they can't get their act together to have them ready when you get there.

Very long hours only home time to sleep
