Pros

The only positive thing about this company is the pay and the benefits.. Other than that they treat you terribly.

Cons

Does not care about employees. Terrible upper management that only does things to benefit themselves. Unless you have the title of "director" you are constantly questioned and never encouraged.

Good work environment, loved my coworkers

Cons

High Level management lacked the where with all and know how to grow the company and take it to the next level. Promotions are too hard to come by due the fact that the incumbent employee has already been chosen and you did not have a chance from the beginning
