      Pros

      I have been with Ryder System for a little over a year. I am proud to work here for a number of reasons. We work as a team and we succeed as a team. The employees I work with on a daily basis couldn't be more of a positive group of individuals. There are recruiters all over the country that you work with that you may not have met face to face, but you know anyone is willing to lend a hand. Ryder is a company that provides outstanding benefits, growth, training and an incredible work/life balance.

      Cons

      The only cons I have experienced is hard to fill markets for recruiting. Once you have the right tools and know how to source with boolean strings these hard to fill markets become a lot easier to manage.

      Good team of guys to work with. Lots of energy and a casual work environment.

      Cons

      Training program is needs a lot of work if you didn't come up in the industry. No clear system for getting things done. Management is easily swayed by demanding customers and makes front line workers' jobs tough.
