      Autonomy of working from home

      Management sits in Miami and have no clue what challenges the field employees are having or working through. They are very hung up on having virtual meetings and calls its counter productive and not helpful to those of us who actually work not sir on calls while you get your meeting box checked

      Fortune 500 Company, having served in the Transportation Industry for over 80 years. Also, many locations across the US for those who are 100% able to relocate. Diverse product offering.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry, with a high rate of turnover. Company does lack, in some areas, a 'high' level of support from Upper Management on down.
