      Company is stable and will rarely lay-off, only in cases of severe economic downturn. Company went through two layoff periods (2008, 2010).

      Cons

      Career growth opportunities you really have to fight for on your own. IT is considered a cost and only lately has been looked at as an integral part of the company. Sudden departure of CIO Keyvan Bohlooli was discouraging as he was really spear-heading an effort to make Ryder more if an IT company.
