      Pros

      From personal experience, I learned alot within my first few years with the company. Speaking of now and it has been 9 year later, I come to work to get my paycheck. There is nothing else I can say in this catagory.

      Cons

      HR Department at Shared Services Center is unbelieveable, they care more about their friendships than you as a employee of the company. Management and Supervisors are not knowledgeable about the departments that they currently managing. If something does not go Management way, retailation occurs not only from management, but supervisors, hr manager, hr coordinator, and even security.

      Pros

      Safety is a high priority - not just words, but actions back that up. Company generally tries to do the right thing by employees but does not always have the right information available to execute properly.

      Cons

      Salaries for professionals in finance, I.T., and other functional areas are low vs. peer. No raises in last two years. I.T. systems are very, very weak - management doesn't have the information at its disposal to effectively navigate challenging business environment.
