      Pros

      No forced overtime is the only con.

      Cons

      Everything. Undocumented workers making more money then full time. Racism all the way through management. Favoritism. Do as I say not as I do. Management sleeping with employees.

      $2k sign on bonus when you start

      Cons

      They lock you into working 6 days a week, I refer frequently to what my job offer paperwork said and they just say things have changed. When I agree and say that we should renegotiate salary based on current job requirements they dismiss the idea entirely. Only was to get a raise outside of your yearly increase is to threaten to quit.

      Pros

      Decent hours when not being forced to work 6 days a week for several months at a time.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime. Too much overtime. Was always mandatory and not optional. 6 days a week. Never could keep employees more than a few days after orientation.
