Pros

Very good immediate supervisors. They also enjoy cross training employees on various pieces of equipment. They also acknowledge hard work and leadership.

Cons

They do not like to promote from within. They also do not pay enough or give good raises. Twenty cents a year is not a good raise.

Pros

Get to work on roles in different areas under a business unit, work with multiple hiring managers, most people are hard working and want to be successful

Cons

A lot of splintered processes that are communicated poorly, no defined training program - learn as you go until you make a mistake, now recruiters are heavily monitored, calls, interviews etc. are counted daily in meetings and only the metrics count. Little sense of business partner relationship, recruiters are data administrators.
