Lots to do in a days work. Sometimes you can be micro managed in a position of independence. Collaboration is key but there are some bad apples, just have to find the ones willing to work with you.

Systems are outdated, strict hours, endless annual layoffs, there is a lack of job security and very little opportunity for career growth, unfortunately. The management doesn't put People first.
