      great company , management really does care , great safety incentives , Ive retired from Ryder with 26 yrs. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a rewarding career.

      The vacation policy was not bad.

      Cons

      The management of Ryder was very disorganized. If you needed IT for anything you had to call a call center outside the US and enter a ticket. It seemed one hand never knew what the other hand was doing. I can honestly say I have never worked anywhere where I heard "thats not my job" as frequently as I did here.
