Pros

They have a solid leadership development training program, access to a vast knowledge bank that will help with your current position and professional career, and Fortune 500 benefits.

Cons

pay not quite on par with expected work, but when is it ever. Mid level management is beaten down by upper management for certain goals then the front line employees get the brunt end from the midlevels getting beat up all day.

Pros

It's an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to work with a company that is named as One of America's Best Employers by Forbes and one that shows so much support to the military. Ryder truly cares about their employees.

Cons

Would love to have more Ryder locations in the Western Kentucky area to allow for more promotional opportunities for employees who are not as mobile.
