      Management is very two faced, and only think in black and white. No out of box thinking. Treats employees like high school fast food clerks.

      Pros

      Great training and world class offerings. It is a challenging position but the opportunity for advancement and the ability to retain clients for renewal is great.

      Cons

      Director level management in my area was weak and only concerned about promoting their own agenda. The idividual I worked for was out of touch with the changing market conditions. The company's focus on inside sales was demensing the commission structure without fair adjustment to work load. There was a very poor work life balance with regards to my individual direct report.
