Pros

Good healthcare benefits. Casual attire on Fridays. Convenient to multiple restaurants.

Cons

The collections department in Alpharetta, GA is run like it is a prison. The managers lack professionalism, they have the slightest idea on how to communicate effectively to employees. They have doubled the work for the employees, yet expect them to maintain an acceptable scorecard. Out of a 40 person department, 16 people left within 16 months, and to date they have only replace maybe 6 people. Mostly everybody remaining is planning their escape plan. Moral is non-existent. The stress level in the department is overwhelming. Several people have gone out on stress leave due to the stressful environment.

My management team was very helpful in getting me acclimated to the new position. I am giving enough latitude as an operator to run my business. My support staff was very helpful.
