      Pros

      Good benefits. Most employees are polite, professional and friendly. Company gym. Tuition reimbursement. Opportunity to learn a lot of new technologies and skills.

      Cons

      Top heavy in management. Not enough "workers" in the trenches. Likes to hire from outside instead of grooming and promoting within. Very heavy workload and arbitrary time commitments made by managers.

      Pros

      There is a good community within the specific locations and I had quite a bit of freedom and flexibility. It's an interesting business and was definitely a learning experience.

      Cons

      There is a severe lack of training. It is very much a sink or swim atmosphere, even when you have no experience in the industry. Complaints about operational inefficiencies that can be easily corrected are not heard or acted upon by any level of management.
