Pros

Ryerson has created a great training program for new employees. Their compensation is competitive and they offer great benefits. With the training program, they set new employees up for quick career advancement within the company. Leadership is fantastic with giving direction and constructive feedback on a consistent basis. It's great to be working for a company that is at the top of their industry. CEO and Senior Leadership have a great vision for the future of this company and do a good job of making changes to move towards that vision. Ryerson also offers opportunities for relocation.

Cons

While having the opportunity to relocate can be a pro, relocation is almost a necessity for quick advancement within the company. This can be difficult with a family. Ryerson should offer full relocation reimbursement rather than partial since they want employees willing to relocate.
