Pros

The company is working hard to make sure there is a consistent culture and work ethic across the board. They have invested a lot into creating a program to make sure the best of the best are working for the company and work ethic is consistent across the board. Office culture is light hearted, but hard working. Very understanding when it comes to life outside of work, vacation time, sick days etc. Able to move up within the company. School reimbursement program is great for people wanting to continue their education.

Cons

The culture in some of the locations definitly needs a change, but it is noticed and is being worked on.

Pros

I love the working family within the branch. They make it worth coming to work everyday. I have always worked under a great management team of individuals that look for opportunities in advancing individuals to their best skill set. With the creation of the online profile now everyone from across the company can see a pool of talent to grab from. Ryerson is quickly advancing with the technological revolution in streamling individuals individual career paths. Ryerson has used technology to make it happen.

Cons

There is high pressure for quick results in a short amount of time. There is limited tool for market research.
