Pros

Employees; compensation, benefits, paid time off.

Cons

Ownership and current senior leadership. Absentee CEO. In the equation - customers and employees are rarely considered. Numbers are critical.

Pros

Decent Benefits. Good place to learn the business then go to a competitor to get appreciated and more pay. Job security if you are aged 25-33

Cons

Owned by a private equity company (Platinum Equity) that only wants to auction this dog of a company at a profit! Management has no concern for high turnover of people. . . attitude is we'll just hire more! No security for anyone over the age of 45.
