Pros
Pay is above average for the industry.. Decent but not great 401k. Good place to learn the metals industry.
Cons
Platinums initial moves were good. However, current executive management is horribly disconnected from their branches. CEO is arrogant and equally disconnected. They seem to think they can cut their way to profitability. They no longer care about their employees. High pressure, high stress, all the time. Company changes business philosophy every several years.
