Pros

Some nice co-workers in various departments.

Cons

*Low Salary *Lack of Staff in Plants resulting in delays in simple processing and late deliveries. *Sales Reps spend too much time wearing other hats (shipping, sourcing, procuring, problem solving)

Pros

The newly adjusted PTO policy...that took way to long to come to fruition.

Cons

Lack of career progression, failure to observe and promote high potentials, zero accountability for management (it's never their fault). Pay is well below industry and job title standards, across the board. Bonus structure is a crapshoot and you never know your number.
