Pros

Ryerson is a great place to learn and grow, and it is full of great people. Very active and engaged C-suite who want to improve the business- this trickles down through much of the organization. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Benefits + bonus aren't great. Thinks often move slowly as people/processes can be set in their ways.

Pros

Lots of opportunity if you play the game and network internally.

Cons

If you're just about doing your job, you won't be offered opportunities given to those who don't schmooze to the right people in order to be noticed.
