Pros

Small teams made for a close knit culture that helped create collaboration and efficiency. Open floor plan worked well for this as well. Reasonable work expectations; you're not expected to be there 60 hours a week. Friendly environment.

Cons

Seems to be slow opportunity for advancement and it's tough to get a job there without a few years of experience. A lot of positions opened up due to employees leaving while I was there.

Pros

Great work life balance. At 4:59, computers shut down and everyone files out of the building subsequently. They invested in education. ie paying for all planning staff to earn their APIC CPIM certification on company time and dime.

Cons

One of the most boring jobs I've ever had. I was working in a silo, in my department with interaction with other departments only if I initiated it.
