Pros

Recognition & rewards for hard work, consistent messaging about company direction from Sr.Leadership, company is investing a lot back into the business.

Cons

Cyclical layoffs, company needs to do a better job of workforce planning. Been talking about an IPO for years now, unrealistic performance thresholds from Platinum Equity = no bonus. Workload is excessive due to inadequate staffing.

Pros

I loved the work environment, my immediate superiors and co-workers. The customers were easy to deal with and managers are willing to help fix any problems.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to care to invest in the Inside Sales team. The incentive plan sucks, most people go home with next to nothing.
