Pros

Great benefits, 3 weeks of accruing vacation starting year one.

Cons

Company does not have good training system in place. If you are new to the industry you are expected to learn everything on your own with help of your supervisor/manager or your colleagues.

Pros

dedicated to continuous innovation and technology, supports my career goals, gives me the necessary training to be successful in my role and prepare me for the next. local management presents clear goals and pathways to achieve them, doesn't micromanage, and is always willing to roll up their sleeves and help if there's a problem.

Cons

external influences on incentives, like commodity prices or manufacturing demand, cannot necessarily be controlled - although this is true for any company in this industry.
