Company can be too big for its own good, hard to work as one entity when branches operate on different computer/phone systems etc.

Working in steel is so extensive that you can never know everything so it seemed like you weren't properly trained a lot of the time. Also, the goals are never-ending. Once you hit another they raise and raise no matter what the market is doing. The management in some southern states was sub-par.
