A few people are good honest workers. That's about all the pros.

Cons

Management is terrible. Will fire you if you have been with them long and keep people thats just started. Make promises that they don't keep. Just snakes.

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, (medical, vision, dental, 401K, matched company contributions, paid holidays).

Cons

Management team is composed of very arrogant individuals who try to drag employees down to their feet simply because managers hold a higher position than the hourly paid employees. Supposedly there is an "open door" policy, which I've witnessed management reject any feedbacks or inputs employees had or any ideas on ways to make the facility a productive workplace (both, the employee and the company). Im short, the management is a group of arrogant, egotistic and selfish individuals who believe hey have total control of employees.
