There are absolutely no pros for working for this company.

Cons

Micromanaging and no advancement or room to grow. HORRIBLE SMALL raises and only .50 raise for promotion. Lots of favoritism. Managers dating employees, hiring family such as children spouses and siblings. So much unprofessionalism in the workforce it's literally a joke.

there are not, they are literally the new salve owners

Cons

if you work for 12 hours they will only give you 45 minutes for break. If you work your full 8+ hour shift and try to leave they will block the doors and let you know if you leave they will give you a point and you will be fired. i could go on about all the terrible things they do, but ll I will say is; DO NOT WORK THERE!

The actual employees are nice, management is the worst.

Cons

I was the head of will call when I had a heart attack and lost consciousness in the bathroom. Instead of realizing one of their employees was missing while on the clock, they left me on the floor for 8 hours while I slipped into a coma. I pointed out due to PTSD from being left there, then after 6 months I sucked it up and tried to go back. They wouldn’t hire me back. Do NOT work there they really don’t give a crap. I had been there 3+ years and they ruined my life.
