Absolutely nothing at all this place is disgusting

Cons

You work 5 hrs a day & the red vests don’t do jack but sit on their butt and harass any young girls into going out for drink. The place is dirty and dusty and the turn over rate will forever be high until they clean house. Everyone in the office enables all the creeps on the floor & they know they do. It’s a pathetic job for graduate or someone out of hs . You can never get even 7 hrs a day so if you have a family. Stay home it’s not worth the drive. I have filed multiple complaints already & hopefully they look into this whole sketchy company & the weirdos that make it hard for you to work here.

Cons

Culture - a lot of attempted brainwashing. They want you to think you need them and feel as small as possible. Condescending to the point it’s almost bullying, seriously. Workload/demand - the workload and demand is astronomical Politics - Everyone wants to be the top dog

Hours go by pretty fast if you stay focused Hire felons Week of paid time off after 90 days

Cons

First 90 days constantly worried about being let go. Told different things on attendance policy. Easy to get points for being late/ no 3 minute or 5 min after on time clock Have to wait in line to clock in and time clocks are shut off for some reason Have large turnover constantly making the workload feel overwhelming at times
