Pros

>Work with great people, great talent there, CEO doesn't know what great people she has. >Easy to get time off for personal things when necessary.

Cons

.CEO's only interest is $$$. >CEO cares nothing about the people there; layoffs at Christmas time? Sure! >Company is a revolving door. Work experience is valued less than a lower-wage worker. >If you have an idea, progressive thought or suggestion, keep it to yourself; the CEO doesn't like change.

Pros

Matches 401K at 7%... this might be the only good thing I have to say

Cons

Terrible Management, everyone underpaid, no room for advancement, the CEO fires someone every week so don't even think you'll last longer than 5 months. Even so, someone also quits every 2 weeks.

Pros

Not many positive things to say.

Cons

CEO is terrible. She treats employees like they should be grateful to her for giving them a job. Toxic culture. Terrible work life balance. Turnover is extremely high. Employees walk on eggshells daily. You never know if you are going to be walked out the door.
