Pros

There's a popcorn machine and coffee maker where you can have all the free coffee and popcorn your heart desires (until it shuts down). At least the benefits are decent so when your heart does shut down you can have it covered.

Cons

There's no reward for going above and beyond if you do try hard within the company. The praise that you ever receive is more of "Good Job, its done now get working on something else." rather than "You did a really good job on this." Salary is despicable, almost to the point of laughable compared to the same positions in the area. The company cares more about the job rather than the employee.....unless you've been there for 30+ years where they just don't care what you do at all and still will allow you to keep your job while doing nothing but drinking coffee and roaming the halls like a lost child at the supermarket. Have an important family event? Doctor's appointment come up? Looks like you didn't put in for that 3 weeks ago, I'm sorry we're not going to be able to let you take off today. Expect you to work 5-10 hours more than 40 hours a week. Was told by my supervisor, "You don't seem to be working enough free overtime for this company. Don't you want this company to succeed?" Honestly, No. I don't. They provide you with a salary and think its enough that you won't kill yourself from paycheck to paycheck. With no care for you other than if you're getting work done.

Pros

The trauma bonds that this place forms will result in lifelong friendships, much like combat.

Cons

1. The CEO treats her employees like her personal pawns. It appear she has little to no regard for them as people but is only concerned with what they can do for her that day. Loyalty is non-existent. 2. The pay initially seems low but acceptable. However, you quickly realize that the pay is unacceptable when you realize how much extra work is required to do the most mundane tasks due to the company's refusal to depart from 1990's business practices. 3. The archaic business practices drain any initiative and/or innovation. Any attempt to update business practices will be immediately squashed by the CEO. Expect to spend hours every day serving the process instead of accomplishing the mission. 4. Terminations can and will come without cause or notice at the whim of a borderline personality.
