Pros

Many of the mid level people are trying to make the place great

Cons

Management protects certain employees for some reason. Management won't listen to criticism, as I can attest from first hand interactions. The result: Bad employees stay and good employees leave. Take note of the extremely high turnover. That should give clues as the to satisfaction rate.
