I have been employed with S3INC for over 18 yrs, Trained thousands of Soldiers, Airmen, Seaman and a few Marines. I could not ask for a better place to work,

Pros

The company is growing very fast, nationally and internationally. The corporate office houses the S3 corporate staff as well as the four subsidiaries, so there are always opportunities for cross teaming and working on a wide variety of projects. Work is plentiful which means job security is good. We have a great PTO, benefits package, and 401k match.

Pros

If you are ready to work and to learn, you will have a great experience here. Management is truly invested in employees' growth. There is extensive industry experience among the staff - I have never had a question I couldn't get quickly answered (and I ask a ton of questions). Managers are patient and willing to take the time to explain processes and mentor junior staff. The company is growing rapidly, and we have a very collaborative team. There are always opportunities to learn new skills and learn more about different areas of the business. We have generous PTO (4 weeks) and a great 401k match (7%).

Cons

Nothing here is enough of a con to affect my job. We're in office 5 days a week, but it makes communication so much easier, and I don't even take my laptop home.
