Pros

Interesting work, flexible work hours, good support from manager. Some flexibility in team assignments.

Cons

Work environment is highly dependent on what customer team you embed with. Annual raises are minimal.

Pros

I love working for them. Great team at our OKC location! They were also great when I had to support a family member through an illness and treatment plan. They offer a wonderful family leave program to support families that are going through tough times. They are also flexible for roles in office, remote, or hybrid for many roles.

Cons

All federal jobs and contracts are currently under review due to current government reviews, so lots of people are nervous right now.

Pros

Remote work is efficient and productive.

Cons

SAIC, or at least the program I am on, fails to lay out career progression, provide servant leadership, performance metrics, or any type of good organizational leadership for career growth, training, and retention beyond lip service. Compensation is well below industry averages by about 20-50k. Benefits have been shrinking and less cost effective. They don't care about titles or leveling. Templated documents, and training or non existent.
