Pros

Amazing management team that truly cares about your wellbeing as a whole-personally and professionally(at least in my department). Highs are high (shot of dopamine-nothing like the feeling of closing a big deal!) and the lows are LOW (definitely not worth the stress and the toll it took on my health)

Cons

Very high stress. There is no such thing as "leaving work at work". At least not in sales. I didn't even get a break while I was sleeping! Not gonna lie...I had PLENTY of job related nightmares. lol
