This company is purely and simply wind. You will have to get a stupid training which is totally disconnected with the tasks you will have during your "work". After being totally brain washed, you will discover that there is NONE interest in taking calls, their system is awful. This american company, which is "helping companies to reduce costs and time" for the travel expenses and whatsoever, finally, will make the employees losing their time calling stupid Hot line with stupid questions regarding stupid processes on an awful software with stupid policies from stupid IT department. Basically, you will have to deal with non professional people. You will lose your time. There is no team spirit. Supervisors don't care. This is the worst company you can find in Prague (with an outrageous American mentality --Redneck--) Even Bluelink is better. Oh! And if you have the privilege to assist on a team meeting, you will love the stupid powerpoint presentation. And people dance before the beginning of meeting, laughing with more than basic jokes. Please run. There is no future in that call center.
