      Pros

      Nice office .Good product and competitive . No dress code. Friendly coworkers. International environment.

      Cons

      Management showed signs of problems with communication,behavior , professionalism and integrity. No action taken from feedback, as a consequence people left the company of moved to other departments where is better recognition and reward for your work.

      -friendly staff in the office

      -inexperienced seniors and managers -no training for over two months-nothing to do -low pay -did not sort out access to concur systems so unable to see my wage slip or pension statement

      Colleagues are usually kind, friendly and open minded

      Cons

      Management lacks perspective and professionalism. Dont manage change well at all. Communication is terrible in all levels. Used to be a really nice place long ago but since it is growing so fast now the human factor seems to be lost. It is turning into a company in which you are another number. Policies not clear. Benefits below average. Career path quite limited.
