No structure and a lot of incompetent people in decision making positions. They screw up peoples pay, they don't reward high performers and they rarely hire internally.

There is no real communication between the middle management and the implementation team. The team gets overloaded with projects and getting pushed to complete them ASAP which leads to unsatisfied clients and low-quality solutions. There is no real career development. Some (favorite) person are getting promoted two times within 6 months, others have to wait years for one promotion. It seems that people are getting promoted to strategic positions by upper management just because they have some personal "relationship". Within the implementation team there is no real career development, you might get promoted to a "Lead" position within 4-6 years nevertheless you are still doing the same work as within your first year. I have worked in many companies but never experienced such incompetent personalities in key positions. Project escalation are getting ignored, full responsibility by the project manager without any support from above. Clients are bombarding the PMs with mails, calls and demands non-stop - no end in sight. On-boarding of new employees basically non-existing due to this reason. Working from home only allowed in emergencies, otherwise presence Mo - Fr mandatory and coming to the office later than a certain time might bring you some trouble. Manager encourages to spy within the own team and to snitch, that's absolutely unprofessional. The general atmosphere within the office I have worked in was really bad. Nearly everyone I've talked to is upset and many people are searching for some new opportunities. New hires missing basic IT- and soft-skills. Very high fluctuation.
