      Pros

      They hire great people. My peers across the business were fantastic, intelligent, hard working and genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      Senior management in SMB/SMN business unit are going off track. The focus of doing what’s right for the business seems to be pushed aside for personal agendas and egos. They seem to want micro managers in senior roles so that experienced capable staff leave.

      Nice solution, best of breed in market, great marketing group.

      Cons

      I witnessed 4 successful producers terminated - due to favoritism. Following their departure negative rumors were spread as to the reason(s) for their dismissal - to deflect attention from the favoritism. All were successful producers - one was even termed in a very visible and unprofessional display at a sales meeting. If you are a friend of management you are safe. If you simply do your job and post your numbers your job is probably in jeopardy. A small company that WANTS to be big - but just ends up being a bully.
