      Pros

      Very easy to integrate with very friendly colleagues and environment. Lots of opportunities both horizontally and vertically. It is a big corporation with a start up mentality. Most things get done fast without much hassle. This is awesome for many or can be daunting for a few. You definitely don't need to set up a meeting to talk to anyone.

      Lots of people hired fast, some are not up to standards. This will

      Poor profile of resources and mid level management is very poor

      facilities are good in the office

      Cons

      Poor qualification , most of the resources are from call center background . Some are not even proper graduates.Job is mundane and no high level skills are required Mid level management spends half a day planning and plotting against each other and back biting No ijp portal No Job security .

      european management does not understand regions and does not respect there clients, very negative culture, politics and manipulations is huge
