      The events are well managed , marketing works

      Cons

      Lack of good leadership , micromanagement , employee morale is low, communication from leadership is diminishing towards employees , a lot of pressure for numbers, employees fighting with each other , lack of diversity on leadership , masculine old fashion way to manage, sounds like an army of yes sir , no respect towards women, inappropriate jokes and no respectful behaviour towards women is tolerated, making the numbers justify aggressive and inappropriate behaviour

      Pros

      Colleagues are good. Benefits are good. And the place is good to learn and have a side job or be able to have time to do things aside from work.

      Cons

      From the middle management up these guys are talented on taking very bad decisions. Every change they have implemented translates into more problems and headaches for the teams. The frugality policy of the company that has been in place since last year - and enforced since SAP acquired concur- is a killer. Do not expect nice salaries or opportunities here. They are not milking people.

      Pros

      Great benefits e.g. 50k medical reimbursements including dependents and 36k allowance for work from home and other expenses. Bonus is also generous but it depends on company's income. They value their employees. People survey is a plus factor.

      Cons

      below average salary, cross training is a normal thing, high volume of workload, no work life balance. If you are pro-management, you'll have high a chance to be promoted and higher bonus.
