      Pros

      Culture in the company is friendly. Nobody tries to blame anybody in case of failure. You can meet colleagues from so many countries. It was unbelievable for me.

      Cons

      There is too many employees (hundreeds) in one place so you can't know them all. Who likes openspace? I don't. But is very typical for many employers.

      Pros

      Awesome company culture - great atmosphere in the office, no dress code, diversity, the leadership lives its company values. A lot of different teams/departments locally which helps better communication and independence. Tons of opportunities to grow for those who are both ambitious and team-players. Great company parties!

      Cons

      Tons of changes - sometimes a bit hard to keep up. Many of the trainings are local per team which brings inconsistency in knowledge and makes it harder on people who are not used to network in order to get the information they need.
