      - Benefits are great - Compensation is above average - Employee comes first - Very relaxed environment - A lot of room for growth

      Cons

      - Could use more structure (but with the integration of SAP, this will and has improved) - HR needs more experienced and Senior Leadership

      Great people, Great product to sell (the best out there is to position and win again competition), benefits are top notch, Our President is very smart and has a great vision, pay is good

      Decisions have slowed down since SAP purchased us, some culture change since the acquisition

      Pros

      Good opportunities for career growth. Good managers (no micro managing). Flexible work environment. Overall good culture. Once in a while I felt the company was lazy in recognizing your bonuses but overall I felt it's not a bad place to work. The management was flexible with my personal situation and let me work remote on multiple occasions.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any. Few times I felt the managers don't help much with the career growth but at times that was not an issue. The employee training programs are missing.
