If you make a mistake. They will terminate you ASAP. I was dismissed via phone text over a weekend by my bosses boss. I had never met him or had previous contact. I was in another state, out of good cell phone coverage. I was let go for "misconduct" (improper use of email). This was my 1st offence ever. I was not given a reprimand or warning. Just, "... you're gone, we'll send a courier to collect your laptop and all other company property. Don't show up here again."

Extremely unorganized, high turnover in management, little to no internal support. You can send emails all day long, call people, send instant messages, and you will still get no responses. Leadership has no idea how to work internal processes and procedures so you have to get in line with 800 other people for assistance from a SME and often times they have to recruit help as well. Customers are very frustrated because they have the same issues in trying to get help. This company doesn't "do the right thing" in taking care of their employees. Segments are not friendly with each other and often times stab each other in the back.
