      Pros

      Good money, multicultural environment, real scrum, life/work balance, ability to recreate something from scratch (not usual in companies this big) -> ability to use new technologies, support from management, great people in general, cool benefits.

      Cons

      Some codebase is really old (dead technology) but is must be bug fixed, open space (I prefer more quiet workplace), every change takes lot of time (but that's normal in big companies)

      Pros

      Good product; global strategy; makes the right business moves at the right time; competitive salary and benefits; many good employees with a strong customer focus

      Cons

      As with any large company, some strong managers, some weak ones. Lack of strong internal training on management and performance skills.

      Salaries seem to be based on Washington wages which makes it much lower for those of us working in California, especially the Silicon Valley
