Pros

Excellent company to work for. Plenty of resources and help at your fingertips via phone, email, in-person on occasion whether is technology or store level. Provided work tablet

Cons

You MUST be excellent at time management or you will struggle to succeed. Can be hard on your car if you’re in a large territory.

Pros

I would say making your own schedule, but they eventually started telling me what days to work anyway.

Cons

They fired my disable boss (had one arm), and she was crazy hard worker. Replaced her with someone that hadn’t had a real job in a decade. I was treated horribly for having mental health issues, and none of them were worth a damn. Wanted us to sell pallets for no commission then 30 bucks a pallet for cookie ones. Joke of a company.
