Interesting but unstable

Pros

Get to travel to different stores and doing something different everyday. Meet great people and some great managers. Love working alone and also on a team. It fast paced and I loved that.

Cons

no hours. You can work form no hours to 40 hours a week. gas mileage money sucks. no promotions. the store manager sometimes are rude and tell on you if you do something wrong, but I ask if everything ok before I left and they said ok, but go behind your back said it not.

Can not think of one.

Cons

No formal or informal training. No growth unless you want to sleep your way there. No seniority or fairness. Personal feelings weigh with scheduling. Management creates situations to fit their personal goals.
