Pros

Weekends & Holidays off!!!! Being a working parent the schedule and hours are great!!! My manager is better than yours😜

Cons

If any issues arise I always get a answer from my area manager on how to solve or which direction I should go to get said situation resolved. So, I'll say I have no cons.
