Pros

Honestly the best job I have ever had in my life. I have never had a company take such great care of my needs and requests. If you are a full-time employee the benefits are wonderful. Honestly, you get what you give out of the job if you are dedicated and hardworking you will move up and you will have a good time and lots of help and cooperation from your higher ups but if you are detrimental or a slacker than you will be treated so honestly.

Cons

Multiple black outs throughout the year. Sometimes last minute scheduling

Pros

They are quick to promote from within and definitely reward hard work well. They are an ever growing company so the job opportunities are endless and they really do look out for the workers. Most positions guarantee nights and weekends off which is fantastic!

Cons

Your schedule can change with only a weeks notice.
