- 11.50 an hour starting out - free food - compensate for gas after a certain amount - compensate for hotel and pay $20 extra for just staying the night - jobs everywhere all the time so there is always flexible work - no weekends or nights - two breaks with free food

Cons

- can go overtime and work 8-6 on some major resets - on your knees sometimes doing resets so wear knee pads

Communication,Great Combination of physical and Mental Labor. Great Team, Fantastic and Helpful Leadership. Fast and Helpful Responses to Questions. Weekends off. Almost always Day Shift.

Cons

Yes, there are Challenging Situations, but you never feel as if you are alone in them. This is part time, so no benefits and Varied Schedule.
