Pros

Allows time for a second job or to go to school. Do not have to work weekends. Always get holidays off.

Cons

Not enough hours, you are lucky to work six hours a day and four days a week. You start at a low wage and basically impossible to get a raise. No paid vacation time.

Schedule changes every week, inconsistent hours, dont recieve reimbursment for mileage
